Functional Movement

Join Captain Ian for curated experiences on the beach, boat, and on the water. Movements range from beach bootcamp and flexibility sessions to rejuvenating activities such as paddle boarding and scenic hikes.

Water Sports

Kite Surfing: Learn to Kite Surf in the North Sound or earn your PADI certification in the shallows of The Bite. Hop on an electric foil board and rip around the bay. SeaFit Charters will organize everything needed to make your vacation the most memorable you’ve ever had.

Stand Up Paddle Boards: Stand Up Paddle Boards, or SUPs, are an amazing way to explore the anchorages or get a workout in. A key component of daily routine, SUPs are available to guests from sunrise to sunset at every stop along the way.

Snorkeling: Hop on the dingy and head to one of the hundred picturesque snorkel spots in the Caribbean Sea. Explore right off the back of the boat using an underwater scooter or paddleboard to a reef and dive right in.

Yoga & pILATES

Experience flow like never before. Allow trained instructors to guide you through low impact routines to improve longevity and decrease stress on the joints. The lapping of the ocean on the hull and spray of sea water takes these movements to a new height.
