 Sample seven Night Float Plan

Day One

Start your vacation with a short cruise around the western tip of Tortola to Sandy Cay. Enjoy a beach-based workout overlooking Jost Van Dyke before cruising to Great Harbour for an evening of dinner and dancing at Foxy’s Bar and Grill.  

Day Two

Day two starts with a paddleboard and boat based workout.  After breakfast on board, take a dinghy trip to Diamond Cay to check out the Bubbly Pool, then head to White Bay. Play some frisbee and enjoy a Pain Killer at the world famous Soggy Dollar Bar.  

Day Three

Day three starts with a land-based workout before cruising east to Guana Island for an afternoon of snorkelling and swimming.  Head further east to Marina Cay and Scrub Island for the evening.

Day Four

Sail east on day four for a morning snorkel at The Dogs.  Explore the underwater tunnels and keep your eyes peeled for baby nurse sharks.  Head to The North Sound for a beach workout at Prickley Pear Island.  Spend the day exploring Virgin Gorda on foot or hanging at The Bitter End Yacht Club.  Dinghy to Saba Rock for dinner.  

Day Five

Get an early start and head south to The Baths.  Explore the naturally occurring rock formation on foot then take the short hike to the Top of the Baths.  Cruise over to Manchioneel Bay on Cooper Island to snorkel Cistern Point or indulge in some games on the beach.  Dinner onshore at The Cooper Island Beach Club.

Day Six

Cruise west through the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Norman Island.  After a workout, the dinghy out to The Caves for some snorkelling and then back to the beach for lunch and well-deserved relaxation.  Spend the rest of the day enjoying the ocean before heading to Willy T’s for dinner, drinks, and some late-night swimming.

Day Seven

Get the blood flowing on day seven with a short hike over the peak of Norman Island.  The unobstructed views of the bay are one of a kind.  Once the sun is overhead, hop in the dinghy and head out to the Indians for some open water snorkeling.  Enjoy dinner on the boat or at Pirates Bite.

Day Eight

Wake up early for a water-based workout off the back of the boat. Enjoy a light breakfast while cruising the channel north back towards Tortola.
